Back from holidays and a little heavier from it all. I had a nice Christmas and New Year, eating good food, and drinking lots with friends. Now I’ve been back at work for a week and half and I’ve started to go to aerobics classes with some of the girls. I thought I’d die, but I rather like it and can handle it okay. I want to work up to doing four classes a week. It seems to help me feel more calm, which is great.
I’m going on holidays down south on the Australia day long weekend. I can’t wait! It’s going to be super fun!
This weekend I’ve got nothing planned, and I’m actually rather happy about this. I really need some sleep and downtime.
